A tour of the grounds and some interiors of this Intentional Community (with different levels of membership and income-sharing) outside of Santa Fe.  The nine members are very supportive of one another and are busy renovating and adding gardens to this old showcase property.  The day ends with a party, interviews with a Co-founder and residents around the campfire.  Music written and performed by guitarist/singer Mark Duran.

The village of Claremont, CA is known as the home of the "7 Colleges of Claremont"...this is the "fake" 8th...a spoof on colleges...a comedy...nonetheless, a real community!  With temporary headquarters at the local coffee shop, where EVERYONE IS A DEAN!  We'll take a few side trips, as well:  Mt. Baldy, the beach, architectural sites, etc....set to local classical guitarist Michael Ryan's recording, and a surprise touch of flute.
